Colorado Springs Tattoo Artist Branding Session - Art by Brea B
Art by Brea B is a PHENOMENAL female tattoo artist located in Colorado Springs. I got my first tattoo from Brea back in 2020. She has done 3 pieces for me and she KILLS it every single time. She is a master of all things portraits - both pets and people. We did a little branding session to get some photos of her in action doing what she does best!
Planning
When Brea reached out to me, she really just wanted to get photos of her working. She has had photos done of herself many times before, but none of her actually tattooing. She knew that this was something important she wanted to be able to show off - since it is what she does all day every day! She talked with her client Leah, who was more than happy to let me tag along during their session time.
Day Of
I showed up at the tattoo shop and we had a ton of fun laughing about having personal paparazzi! Me being as short as I am, the rest of her shop mates had a good time giving me stools/chairs to stand on to get the best shots. I got to work getting photos of Brea, her work, and close up shots of her tools. We truly had such a blast! I went with a bit of a moodier vibe for these photos and I LOVE how they turned out!
